This class is designed to give your children the tools they will need for their high school years. These days so many kids schedules are jam packed with activities, sports, school and homework. This class will give them a chance to unwind and relax all while learning how to create their own yoga practice. They will learn how to piece poses together to create a flow, techniques for meditation and mindfulness.
