A space to deepen your yoga practice while learning how to nourish both you and your baby.

This workshop begins with guided breathwork, easing into a gentle flow designed for pregnancy. We’ll then gather over a warm cup of mushroom tea to explore how nutrition can support your body, your energy, and your baby’s development.

This is an open women’s circle — a space to connect, share, and learn without pressure or judgment.
You’ll leave with a thoughtfully curated wellness goodie bag for you and your baby, filled with vitamins, minerals, and body care products.

Your facilitator, Nicole, is a yoga teacher and holistic nutritionist known for her warmth and vibrant energy. With a background in horticulture, marketing, and international teaching, her path has evolved into a blend of primitive living and yoga as a way of life.
