Nazanin believes movement is one of the most powerful ways to reconnect with yourself. Through yoga, she discovered the importance of slowing down, breathing deeply, and creating space to truly listen to the body and mind. What began as a personal practice gradually became something she felt passionate about sharing with others.

Her classes focus on mindful movement, breath awareness, mobility, and strength, while creating an environment that feels welcoming, supportive, and grounding. She encourages students to move in a way that feels intuitive and nourishing, reminding them that yoga is not about perfection, but about connection to the body, the breath, and the present moment.

Nazanin brings a calm and genuine energy into every class, blending fluid movement with intentional breathwork to help students release tension, build confidence, and feel more at home within themselves. Her goal is for every student to leave class feeling lighter, more centered, and more connected than when they arrived.
