Lindsay has been a valued member of the Kahelena team since year one and been teaching various classes over the last 15 years.
Her classes are mindfully thought out to be accessible, empowering and fun for all levels. She is passionate about creating a community where students feel safe,comfortable and free to arrive just as they are.
Lindsay is a 200 hr certified yoga instructor, 200hr meditation instructor with additional certifications in yin yoga, barre fitness, spin and bcrpa group fitness.
Specializing in pre and post natal yoga and fitness, Lindsay’s prenatal yoga and mom and baby classes are a great way to transition into an exciting new phase of life.
When she’s not at kahlena she can be found teaching children’s yoga and dance in the community, out in nature and spending time with her 2 daughters.
