Aya was born and raised in Japan. She discovered yoga in Vancouver in 2009. Yoga practice has been supporting her life through both good and challenging times. Aya believes Yoga is a balance between flexibility and strength physically and mentally and it also connects our body and mind. Moreover, constant practice connects us to a community. You will find your calmness and strength in a warm community in her class. Let’s build a community together!
