Cancellations/Class Pre Registration
If you need to cancel a class you may do so up to 24 hours in advance before your scheduled class with no penalty. Simply login to your account and hit “remove” from your selection.

If you have an emergency within an hour of your scheduled class, then call or text us at 778-317-6058 to cancel. Please note that this is for emergencies only.

If you reserve a class and don’t show up without canceling your reservation, you will be charged for the class, if you are a monthly unlimited class pass holder there will be late cancellation fee of $20+tax.

If you reserve in advance and no-show without cancelling within the system cancellation timea, your card will be charged the late cancel/no show fee.

All classes require Pre Registration prior to showing up for class as class size is limited to maintain a safe space between all clients.

If you reserve a class and don’t show up without canceling your reservation, you will be charged for the class.

If you have a month to month contract for the all access annual membership, and you cancel before 6 months, you will be charged a penalty of $200. If you cancel after 6 months and provide us with 72 hours written notice, you will not be charged.

All month to month and annual memberships auto renew unless you cancel.

All class packages now reflect the increase in the payment processing fees for purchasing online with a credit card. If you prefer to pay in cash, e transfer or check and save please let us know via email, phone call or text to 778-317-6058.

Refunds
All prices are listed in Canadian currency. All sales will be transacted in Canadian Dollars. All of our sales are final. There are no refunds, however you exchange your pre existing pass for a different pass that best suits your needs or transfer you pass onto a family member or friend. All Class credits and transfers have a one year expiry from the date of decision being made. We do make exceptions for medical conditions and those who relocate out of the city. These decisions are considered on a per situation basis. You are responsible for knowing the date of expiry of your pass. If you are unsure we will always be happy to provide you with the information.

All Class Cards have an expiry. Only eligible for refund, transfer, hold, or extension within our terms and conditions listed above. With 2 weeks notice we can extend your class pass once per class pass. All transactions have a processing fee as the system charges every time there is a transaction where it is a purchase or a refund.
