Acu-Soundbath
Friday, April 11th
6:45 – 8:30pm
with Karen and Nina

Join us for a deeply restorative Acu-Soundbath, where ancient healing practices of Traditional Chinese Medicine meet the recalibrating power of Sound Therapy.

This unique event combines the gentle but powerful effects of acupuncture with the vibrational resonance of a sound bath, creating a serene experience that calms the mind, relieves tension, and restores balance to the body, mind and spirit, balance the chakras and wash away stress.

Acupuncture offers a prompt to your body’s intelligence to bring you back into homeostasis. This practice uses fine needles along energy channels to stimulate your body’s healing response. Acupuncture opens these channels to encourage more blood flow and circulation to relieve pain, tension and stress and bring your body back into balance.

A soundbath uses sacred Tibetan harmonies that bring clarity and harmony to the true nature of yourself. The sound connects you to deeper brain waves that stimulate a natural meditative state and creates a true harmonic reset.
Take advantage of this new force of energy and light and join us to harness the power of the moon and this time of reflection.

It’s the perfect time to tap into ones power and practice a little self-care. Secure your spot now as space is limited.

*Alchemy Crystal bowls are crystal bowls infused with precious gems and minerals.

The tones produced by the crystal bowls are not just heard by the ear, you feel them in your body, they can affect your energy centres (chakras) for healing and balancing.

As a registered acupuncturist, Nina has a deep respect for the art of holistic healing and believes that health is a journey that starts from within. It is Nina’s true passion to provide her patients with this space through effective, holistic solutions for mind-body wellness and healing rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Inspired by her own struggles with formerly chronic migraine and patient of TCM, Nina understands that the true strength of Traditional Chinese Medicine arises from its ability to empower the body’s internal resources and deliver lasting, non-invasive relief.
