Katrina

Katrina is a certified Pilates instructor and holistic nutritionist who views movement as a way of coming home to the body. She teaches with a focus on mindful strength, fluidity, and breath, creating classes that support both resilience and restoration.

Her interest in movement began at a young age, not through competition or performance, but through the simple joy of expression and presence. Over time, she discovered how listening to her body’s cycles and energy shifted the way she approached both fitness and wellness. This awareness eventually led her to complete her Pilates teacher training, where she deepened her skills in strength-based, low-impact, and mindful movement practices.

Alongside Pilates, Katrina is trained in holistic nutrition, which allows her to bring a deeper understanding of how lifestyle, nourishment, and movement work together. She believes true wellness is never one-dimensional, and her integrative approach encourages students to feel supported on every level – physical, mental, spiritual and emotional.

Katrina’s classes offer a space where students can build strength without force, move with awareness, and leave feeling grounded, open, and at ease in their bodies. She strives to guide others toward cultivating balance through softness, strength, and mindful presence both on and off the mat.
