Nicole

Meet Nicole, yoga teacher and holistic nutritionist known for her enthusiasm, depth, and touch of spice. Nicole is a Canadian who previously lived in France, and her experiences in horticulture, marketing, and international teaching give her a distinctive perspective in her work. Her Ashtanga, Hatha, and Vinyasa classes are curated in a a way for her students to experience something grounding, extra intentional, and just a little out of the ordinary.

She follows a simple philosophy: helping people feel better in the body they live in every day. We rest and rise in the same body for a lifetime, and when it feels out of alignment, Nicole believes the answer is remembering how we were meant to live. Through her work, she strips wellness back to the basics – slow mornings, intentional movement, and nourishment. Your practice is meant to support you; distraction, tension, and ignoring your body will only weigh you down.
