The Barre + Pilates class brings together the basic principles of Pilates with Simonson Dance technique and ballet, this class will help you achieve a full body workout concentrating on pelvic floor stability, balance, posture, strengthening, stretching, and toning. Bar – Lattes is low-impact with little bouncing or jumping so your joints are not stressed. We will focus on creating longer, leaner muscles through mindful movement patterns.
