Connecting breath to movement, closing your eyes and feeling the movement run from fingers to toes. These are some explorations we will be focusing on in the Vinyasa class. This upbeat class will take us through a yoga flow that will make your body dance, your heart glow and your mind calm. Yoga classes help teach proper alignment in our bodies, focusing on the muscles while keeping joints strong and secure.
