Yoga and cooking ages 8 – 12
This week long camp will have your little yogis meditating, breathing, moving and Learning some basics to gardening and cooking.  We will explore how food grows, how to wash and cut some of our favourite fruits and vegetables.  We will prepare some simple basic snacks and a special treat this week.  Recipes will be provided for your little yogi to start their first cook book.
Come join Smiley Kylie for a week of Yoga, crafts and some basic fun cooking techniques and snacks. Schedule will follow closer to the date as we will be preparing certain meals and/or snacks together.
