Come join Kylie Railton on a 12 week series that will teach your child yoga. The 8 limbs of yoga will be discussed in depth and how this can all be applied to daily life.
Every week class will begin with journaling in which different topics will be discussed. Learning to listen to our bodies and mind to navigate through pre-teen and teen years will be a focus in the journaling.
