Are you looking for an introduction to yoga? Maybe you’ve been practicing for years but want to dive back into the beginning?
This class will build a meditation practice, talk about the importance of breath, incorporating breath with movement and workshop common yoga poses so that you feel confident in your body.
Yoga is an ancient practice that started with meditation and breath. Slowly evolving into an asana practice here in the west. We will talk about ALL aspects of Yoga through this 9 week series.
All levels welcome, Yoga is for every-body Max 6 in person
