“Harmonizing Peri-Menopause and Menopause: Natural Solutions and Breathwork Bliss”

Join us to learn some natural health solutions to address peri-menopause and menopause and also the mindfulness tools of meditation and breathwork.

We will bring light to this topic that is often confusing and misunderstood.

For the first 45 minutes, we will discuss natural solutions like foods, herbs, lifestyle treatments, and health hacks to support the transitions of peri-menopause and menopause. You’ll have an opportunity to also ask questions.
For the second half of the event, we will do a meditation and breathwork session to cultivate serenity and self-awareness.

Please come wearing comfortable clothing and ready to learn and relax 🙂
This will be an uplifting and inspiring event that will focus on solutions to support you.
