Begin your week with intention, dedicating time to finding balance within yourself and your daily routine. Class starts with meditation and breath work to calm the mind and the nervous system, moving into long held relaxing poses to release deep in the body. We start gently to fully wake up all the layers of the body, instilling more peace and less tension. Poses flow into movement, incorporating hatha yoga to further open and strengthen the body. This will start to enliven and energize you, so you can continue your day feeling more uplifted. With heightened awareness and a deeper connection between the mind and body, we are able to begin cultivating practices to create stillness or stamina for ourselves throughout the day.
