Sometimes you just have to slow everything down. In this class we will move gently through resting poses. Giving the mind, body and nervous system the chance to catch up, rest and restore themselves. Helping your body to recover faster from illness, give you more energy and a chance to calm your mind and nervous system. Think of this as your mid week nurturing time. Expect to leave feeling like deliciously relaxed and happy!
