The HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) sequences consists of many different short bursts of movements to target your fast-twitch muscles, which you need for muscle definition and gains in all-around strength. Each movement is 20-30 seconds in duration with a 10 second resting period.  Every class will have a focus on strengthening and increasing mobility.

The class begins with a warm-up, followed by the full body HIIT movements, and end with some stretching. Take each movement at your own pace! All levels welcome!
