Core Stability Yoga

Using traditional Hatha Yoga and blending it with core stabilizing exercises, Core Stability Yoga teaches us to move our bodies from a solid stable foundation: our core! Focusing on how to move our bodies from the center, this class will help you become more aware of how you move in your day to day life.
